In our English work we have been reading the story of Romulus and Remus and the origin of Rome and the Romans.
In the story the two twins earn the right to be king however, only one can take the crown. The two end up in an argument which leads to a fight and one brother is victorious and becomes king.
The children had their own argument, in the form of a debate, in class over who should be the rightful king.
The debate went on for a long time and after lots of discussion, lots of justification and lots of amazing reasoning the majority of the class declared that Romulus was the rightful king.
