Today we introduced our new topic ‘To infinity… And beyond!’ We spent the morning on a mission to space! We watched a real NASA rocket launch, went on a space experience, discussed things that do and don’t live in space, made a topic map based on what the children would like to do and spent time in our new role play area, where we wrote under tables like astronauts, explored light and dark and drove a spaceship through space! 

Lastly, we started to make our very own Nursery robot! We worked as a team to make the robot’s head and body and talked about how to use the equipment we needed safely. We are all very excited about our new topic, we will keep you updated with what we do!
